User Guide to Prestashop Index Integration Integration

Prestashop Indexnow Integration facilitates you to index prestashop products, categories, and CMS pages to search engines.

This module allows shop owners to tell search engines when they publish or update content, helping to find and rank their content faster.

Warning search engines when you make changes to products or categories in real-time.

Notes: Integration of Prestashop Indexnow is compatible with Multi-Toko Prestahop features.

• Automatically indexed the product, category, and URL CMS to the search engine (Bing).
• Send URLs from all products at once to search engines.
• Choose certain products and combinations that the URL you want to send.
• Configure the specific categories of the product url you want to send.
• Index url from several categories and CMS pages at once.
• Product url, category, and CMS automatically when they are updated in the catalog.
• Product manual index, category, and URL CMS.

• First, open the module manager at the back office and click ‘Upload Module’.
• After that, drag and place the module file or select files from the system.
• In this way, the module installation will succeed.

After the successful module installation, the new “Indexnow” tab is available under the shop parameter section at the Back Prestashop office.

From here, the admin can configure module settings and index products, catgory, and url CMS pages to search engines.

Under the general tab, the admin needs to produce a fire key. The fire key is needed to connect the prestashop store to the search engine.

Click the ‘Produce Lock’ button.

After being produced, the admin can update it by clicking the ‘Edit’ button.

This tab allows the admin to index the product pages to search engines. Admin can choose to index wise url products and wise categories.

Product indexing product

Admin can send URLs from all products at once or choose the specific product they want to send URLs.

Send URL of All Products

Click ‘Send all URLs’ to send URLs from all products.

Send Certain Product URL

Admin can search and select the product they want to send URL.

Admin can search for products in the field of ‘search products’. Enter the initial letters for the product to search and click the search button.

When clicking the search button, the search results will appear on the page.

Admin can choose the product and its combination that they want to send URL. Once selected, click the ‘+Add to the shipping list’.

When clicking the ‘+Add to the shipping list’, the product list together with the combination selected by the admin will appear on the page.

Click the ‘Send Selected Product URL’ button to send the selected product url and combination.

If the admin wants to send a URL that has been sent again, then they need to activate ‘including the URL (forced renewal) options that have been sent previously’ mentioned below ‘select the product of’.

Wise indexing category

Admin can choose the category that the product url they want to send.

After selected, click the ‘Send URL’ button.

If the admin wants to send a URL that has been sent again, then they need to activate the ‘Interesting URL (forced Renewal)’ options that are previously applied.

Under the category indexing, the admin can choose the URL category they want to index to the search engine.

After selected, click the ‘Send URL’ button.

Under CMS indexing, the admin can choose the url CMS page that they want to index to the search engine.

After selected, click the ‘Send URL’ button.

Under the synchronization of real time, the admin can choose to automatically re -index the product, category, and URL CMS when they are updated in the catalog.

To automatically send more than 10000 URLs, you can set cron work. Determine the URL mentioned in the screenshot above at the Cron Tasks Manager.

With this module, the admin can also index product urls, categories, and CMS.

Click the ‘Add Manual URL’ button to index the URL manually.
