2. Start the refund process by creating a credit note for the original invoice.
3. Automatically generate invoice reversals in draft state when a credit note is created.
4. Allow users to review and change the refund amount before confirmation.
5. Supports partial or full refunds based on the amount of refund required.
6. Make sure the refund amount is equal to or less than the initial payment amount.
7. Allow users to initiate Paytrail refunds after confirming the credit note.

1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download zip module submit.
2. Extract the files on your system once the download is complete. As a result, you will see a folder named- ‘paytrail_refund_payment’.
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your folder Odoo Add-ons Path.
4. Now, open the Odoo Application and click on the Settings menu. Here, click Enable Developer Mode.
5. Then, open the Application menu and click ‘Update Module List.’
6. In the search bar, clear all filters and search for ‘paytrail_refund_payment’.

You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Activate‘ to install it.

1. When the user clicks the Paytrail Refund button without creating a credit note, the system displays a validation error. The message informs the user to create a credit note first to start the refund process.

2. Create a credit note for the invoice to initiate the refund workflow in the module. Users must write the refund reason for the refund process.

3. Enter the reason for the refund required by Odoo Direct Refund From Paytrail and confirm the refund request.

4. The invoice displays the Source column. Click on a source to view related child transactions. The system processes refunds and records transaction details for tracking.
