User Guide for Laravel Marketplace Store Retrieval

Laravel Market Store Retrieval the extension adds fast and flexible click and collect options to your marketplace.

This allows sellers to create physical pickup points and allows customers to choose Pick it up from the store at the cashier.

This reduces shipping costs, speeds fulfillment, and improves the in-store experience by giving shoppers control over when and where they pick up their orders.

Notes: this module is in addition to Laravel Multi-Vendor Marketplace Extension.You must install the main extension before using this module.

• Enable or disable the capture method.
• Admin can set custom shipping method names.
• Admin and sellers can manage shop address and contact details.
• Sellers can create multiple pickup locations.
• The pick-up process includes OTP verification.
• Customers can view store details on the product page.
• Sellers can configure store times and holidays.
• Admin and sellers can schedule pickup time slots.
• Products can be assigned to specific stores.
• Customers can search for nearby stores and view a map.
• Customers receive order scheduling and notifications.
• The system controls capacity to prevent overbooking.
• Admin can manage pickup orders from backend.

• Bagger: v2.4.x.
• Bagisto Market: v2.4.x

• Unzip each zip extension and then merge the “packages” folder into the project root directory.

• Open the composer.json file and add the following lines under ‘psr-4’

"Webkul\\MarketplaceStorePickupShipping\\": "packages/Webkul/MarketplaceStorePickupShipping/src"

• Run the command below to complete the setup

composer dump-autoload

• Open the bootstrap/providers.php file and add the following lines

]

• Run the following command to complete the setup:

composer dump-autoload
php artisan mp-store-pickup:install

That’s it, now run the project on the domain you specified.

Admin Management

Once you have successfully run the module, you will see Marketplace store pickup delivery below Configuration->Sales->Shipping Method.

Admin can easily configure Marketplace Shipping Per Product by navigating to Shipping Method -> Pickup at Marketplace Store.

• Admin can “Active” or “Inactive” this module.
• Here the admin can determine the validity period of the OTP (in minutes) to confirm safe collection.

After successful installation and configuration, admin can access Store Pickup section below Market → Store Pickup.

Here admin can see all store pickup orders.

Clicking on a store will display a list of all available pickup locations.

Clicking Create a Store opens a form where the admin can create a pickup location for either a specific owner or seller.

General Information

• Store Name — Enter the public name of the pickup location displayed to customers.
• Store Type — Select whether this is a Admin Store or a Vendor Store.
• Seller – When Vendor Store selected, select the seller from the dropdown.
• Select Inventory Source — Only selected sellers’ inventory sources are available in this list.
• Information — Add a short description or instructions that customers should see on the product page.

Opening hours — Determine daily opening and closing times.

Time Slot Configuration — Set the start/end time slot.

Holidays and Closing Dates — You can add one or more days as holidays according to your schedule; the store will not accept pickup on that date.

Arrangement

Status — Set store to Active or Not active to control visibility in the storefront.

Store Visibility on Product Pages

When a product is linked to an inventory source associated with one or more pickup stores, those stores will be visible on the product page.

The product page is only displayed active stores that have a pickup option for the selected date, ensuring customers see a valid pickup location.

Products associated with the inventory source used to create a store will display that store’s information on the product page.

Only active stores with available pickup options are displayed to customers.

Sellers can create and manage their own pickup locations, control availability, and handle pickup orders without admin intervention.

This allows sellers to offer local click-and-collect, reducing shipping costs, and providing faster fulfillment to nearby customers.

Selecting a Shipping Method

When customers reach Selecting a Shipping Method part, they choose Store Pickup as a shipping option from the available methods.

The Store Pickup option appears with a configured store location with no handling fees.

When a seller opens their dashboard, the Store Pickup option will be visible. Merchants can create new pickup locations, manage existing stores, and view all assigned pickup orders.

Clicking Create a Store in the seller dashboard opens a store creation form so sellers can add their product pickup locations.

Forms are organized into clear sections to speed data entry and reduce errors. Once saved, the new store appears in the seller’s store list and is available to assign to products when set Active.

When the seller is open Seller Dashboard → Store Pickup → Ordersthey see a combined list of all store pickup orders for their store.

This view gives sellers a clear, actionable picture so they can manage picking efficiently.

When a seller navigates to Dashboard → Store Pickup → Ordersthey see all pickup orders linked to their store.

Generate OTP

• For each store pickup order, a Generate OTP visible options.
• Clicking Generate OTP send one-time passwords to customers.

OTP Verification Requirements

• That The OTP must be entered and verified before the order can be processed or marked as picked.
• Without OTP verification, the system blocks fulfillment to ensure safe handover.
