Relay Package Delivery – Multivendor Marketplace Application

We are happy to announce that Package Delivery Relay has been successfully added to our Multivendor Marketplace Application.

This feature allows seamless calculation and display of shipping rates at checkout for marketplace products.

Below is a complete setup guide for Admins and Sellers.

Step 1: Enable from Features App

Navigate to:

Marketplace Admin Panel → Featured Apps

Possible Package Delivery Relay from the list.

Step 2: Enable Shipping Method

After enabling the feature app, open:

Marketplace Admin Panel >> Configuration >> Shipping Methods

Find Packet Relay and click Possible.

Step 3: Configure API Details

Once enabled, navigate to:

Marketplace Admin Panel >> Configuration >> Relais Colis Shipping Configuration

Here, admins should:

• Entering API Key
• Arrange Search Radius Value (in meters)
• Entering Logistics Waiting Time (days)
• Configure Number of Delivery Points to be Returned
• Save configuration

Once admins have it enabled and configured, sellers can enable it from their panel.

Step 4: Enable Shipping Method (Seller Panel)

Sellers need to navigate to:

Seller Panel →Configuration >> Shipping Method

Find Packet Relay and click Possible.

Step 5: Set a Price Range

After enabling:

• Click on the three dots (⋮)
• Choose Range Details
• Configure shipping price ranges
• Save settings

When adding or editing products:

• Go to Add Product Pages
• Choose Package Delivery Relay under the Shipping section
• Save the product

Once everything is configured:

• When a customer buys a product
• During payment, Shipping rates will be displayed automatically
• Customers can choose the available Relais Colis options

This ensures a smooth, automated and accurate shipping experience for both sellers and customers.
