INSTALLATION
- Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download zip module submit.
- Extract the files on your system once the download is complete. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named ‘wk_whatsapp_livechat‘(You can get the technical name of each module’s odoo application).
- Copy and paste this folder inside your folder Odoo Add-ons Path.
- Now, open the Odoo application and click on the Settings menu. Here, click Enable Developer Mode.
- Then, open the Application menu and click ‘Update Module List.’
- In the search bar, clear all filters and search for ‘wk_whatsapp_livechat‘
- You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install‘ to install it.
WORKFLOW
1)After installing Odoo All-in-One WhatsApp Live Chat Integrationfirst configure WhatsApp credentials.
Navigate to the configuration menu and enter the required WhatsApp API details like Phone Number ID, Business Account ID, Access Token, etc., for a successful connection.
2) Create a WhatsApp message template from the Templates section. This template must be submitted to WhatsApp for approval.
3) Once submitted, you can check the approval status of each template (Approved, Pending, Rejected). Only approved templates can be used in WhatsApp conversations.
4)Click start chat to start a WhatsApp conversation directly from Odoo.
5) You can send and receive real-time WhatsApp messages within Odoo.
6) During a WhatsApp conversation, you can see complete chat details like when the message was sent sent and when it happened read by customersdirectly within Odoo.
7) If necessary, you can stop or end the live chat conversation manually from the chat window.
8) When starting or continuing a conversation, you can also use pre-approved WhatsApp templates for fast and consistent responses
