The WooCommerce Unopim connector module allows shop owners to synchronize their Woocommerce store with Unopim, a strong product information management system (PIM).

This module is ideal for businesses that want to focus and manage their product data efficiently throughout the platform.

This ensures the real-time synchronization of products, categories, attributes, and variations, reducing the need for manual updates and minimizing errors.

This module supports the transfer of bulk data and automatic updates, making it suitable for stores with large inventory and frequent changes.

To start using integration, users only need to connect their unopim account to WooCommerce with basic login and save credentials.

• Unzip each extension– Zip and then combine the “package” folder into the project root directory.

Enter your Woocommerce and click Settings. Now, click on the Advanced tab from the WooCommerce Settings Tab.
Now, click the API rest and then click Add Key.

After clicking the plus button, the user needs to add a description, select the user (by default, the selected option is the admin).

And then it is necessary to select permission (please note that Unopim needs to read and write permission).

After adding details, users need to click on the API but button.

After producing a fire key, the admin will get a consumer key, consumer secrets, and barcode.

Regulate credentials in unopim

After the unopim wooocommerce connector is installed, it will be seen on the left side of the unopim according to the picture below,

Next, the user taps wooocommerce to start adjusting credentials and configuring connectors. They navigate to WooCommerce> Credential> Create.

Admin needs to enter general details such as:

WooCommerce URL: Need to enter the WooCommerce URL.

Consumer Key: Admin needs to add a consumer key

Consumer Secret: Admin needs to enter consumer secrets.

Arrangement:

Active: The active button is activated by default when credentials are made. Users can activate or deactivate credentials by changing the active button IS.

Default for fast exports:
Users can activate or deactivate credentials for fast exports by changing the “default for fast export” button.

Note: Only one credential can be determined as a default for fast exports at one time.

• Brief description [short_description] – A short product summary is usually shown above folds.
• Heavy [weight] – Physical weight of the product used for shipping calculations.
• Long [length] – Dimensions of product length for shipping or display.
• Wide [width] – Product width dimensions for packaging or logistics.
• Tall [height] – The high dimensions of the product used in physical treatment.
• Quantity [stock_quantity] – The amount of stock available for products.
• Displayed? [featured] – shows whether the product is marked as displayed in the store.

• Buy notes [purchase_note] – Messages sent to customers after purchase, usually for instructions or gratitude.
• Reviews are permitted [reviews_allowed] – Determine whether the customer can leave a review for the product.
• Recording is permitted [backorders_allowed] – Determine whether the product can be ordered when running out of stock.

Add additional meta keys: In this section the user can type the WooCommerce field code and press Enter to add it as an attribute mapping area. Then the user can set Unopim attributes for that.

Other mapping

Under other mapping, the admin can add the following attributes:

• Non-sect attributes are sent as select attributes (recommended)

• The attributes that will be used as a special attribute (must add the attribute variant here)
• The attributes that will be used as images.

Fast export settings

Under the fast export settings, the fields are mentioned below:

• Select the default channel for fast exports.
• Select the default location
• Choose the default currency.
• If the user wants to automatically synchronize the product (create, update, and delete) from Unopim to WooCommerce, it is necessary to activate the automatic synchronization product button.
• And for fast exports, there is no need to turn on automatic synchronization products, simply determine the field of default value (channel, local, and currency) in mapping attributes for fast exports and activating rapid exports in credentials.
• And then click the Save button to save the attribute mapping.

Unopim Woocommerce connector allows users to export data mapped from Unopim to their WooCommerce shop through special export work.

To manage export work, users navigate to Data Transfer> Export According to the picture below,

To create a new export work, the user taps Make exports The button is located in the upper right corner.

Next, they will fill in export work Code and select Type Export work from the dropdown menu.

After filling in the details, tap Save exports To make and store export jobs.

All products exported from Unopim to WooCommerce will be seen in the WooCommerce store, as shown in the picture below.

To import your product data, you need to create a job profile. First, open imports-> Create an import profile.

When the user clicks Make imports button, they are required to fill in the import settings form with:

1. Code – Unique identification for the import process.
2. Type – Choose from options such as imports of WooCommerce categories, import WooCommerce attributes, import WooCommerce products, or products.

To import WooCommerce attributes, users must enter the code and choose the type of import attribute WooCommerce.
