User Guide to Redsys Cs-Cart Payment Gateway

CS-CART REDSYS payment gateway helps Spanish online stores receive payments quickly and safely with several popular payment methods.

This extension supports 3D Secure (3DS) authentication to add additional layers of protection to card transactions, reduce fraud and provide peace of mind of traders and customers.

Customers can pay instantly using Bizum, a popular cellular payment method in Spain, or choose from digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay for a smooth checkout experience on any device.

CS-CART Redsys payment Gateway also receives main cards such as visas, mastercard, and maestro, which includes various payment preferences.

Specifically designed for Spanish traders, this add-on is fully integrated with the Ultimate and Multi-Vendor CS-Cart edition, making it suitable for a single store and large market.

With CS-CART Redsys payment Gateway, a business can offer a safer, faster, and more flexible checkout that meets local payment standards and customer expectations.

This module is specifically designed for business in Spain.

Gateway receives main cards such as visas, mastercard, and maestro.

This is entirely compatible with Ultimate and Multi-Vendor CS-Cart editions.

When you download add-on, you get one zip file and install.txt file. Please read carefully and follow.

First, click the icon and select a manual installation to upload the zip file according to the screenshot below.

To install CS-CART Redsys payment Gateway, follow these steps:

Go to manage Add-onClick on the drop-down gear, and select a manual installation.

2. Click “Local” to explore the zip file and then click “Upload & Install” As shown below in a snapshot.

After adding add-on, you will find Redsys In the available add-ons list, we will then configure the settings.

Click “Arrangement” To activate, deactivate, install or refresh. Make sure, add-on is activated as shown in the snapshot below.

CS-CART REDSYS PAYMENT GATEWAY CONFIGURE

CS-CART Redsys payment Gateway is easy to configure from Add-on The part of the admin panel.

Go to Arrangement section, then click Payment methodand click Add the payment method.

Payment methods supported in CS-CART REDSYS

After clicking Add the payment methodchoose Redsys In the processor dropdown.
Give a name for the payment method.

You can also upload images to be used as an icon.
Set status Active.

Optionally, add a description of payment method and provide payment instructions.
Finally, click Make to save the payment method.

Click Configure And enter all the required details, such as:

Store name: The name of your store display is used during the payment process.
Trader code: Unique identification assigned by Redsys to your merchant account.
Terminal: Numerical value (usually ‘001’) identifies the payment terminal in your account.
Secret key: Personal keys provided by Redsys are used to sign and verify transactions.
Payment mode: Determine whether the gateway is operating test or life mode.
Payment name: The label shown to the customer for this payment method during checkouts.
Currency (Only Euro – EUR – supported): Redsys only accepts transactions at EUR.
Successful order status: Status determined for orders after successful payments (for example, Phelp).
Failed order status: Status specified for orders if payments fail (for example, FileD).

This payment method supports the following type of payment: Google Pay, Apple PayAnd Bizum.

After you enter all the details, click “Save” to complete the configuration.

Continue to the store to checkout

Go to your shop frontnd. Add the product to basket and continue to checkout. Verification of new payment methods is seen and available to be selected during checkout.

Notes: When you create a new payment method, the system activates the new method and Google Pay. Apple Pay is activated for iOS mobile devices.

After clicking Place ordercustomers will be directed to Redsys payment page to complete the transaction. On the Redsys page, Click yellow knob(Pay).

You will be transferred to Redsys’ authentication processWhere you can choose one of the following three options:

Authentication was successful: Card holders have successfully authenticating payments (for example, through 3D Secure).
Reject authentication: The authentication of card holders is rejected by the issuing bank.
Authentication canceled: Card holders cancel the authentication process before completion. by the holder

After selecting the option, click Send button to continue.

The system then directs you to the official Redsys page to complete the process. Click “Continue” to continue.

After this, go to Order the inside part Admin panel.
Here, you can see order details, including payment methods used for transactions.

Customers can choose Google Pay As a payment method during the checkout process.

After clicking Place orderThe page will direct you to Redsys payment Pages to complete transactions, where users can choose G pay as a payment method.

This will then direct the user to the page they can do Add their card details to continue payment. Then click continue.

After that, this will direct you to the Google Pay page to Pay the amount.

For users on SpanishYou can also use Bizum– A fast and safe payment option supported by CS-CART REDSYS PAYMENT Gate,

which allows Spanish online stores to receive payments through popular methods such as Bizum.

After you place an order, the system directs you to the Bizum Authentication page, where you enter your registered Bizum phone number and click “Continue” to continue.

The system will direct you to the specified payment page, you can complete the payment by clicking “Continue” knob.

After completing the transaction, navigate to Order your account section. Here, you will see all the details of your order, including Payment Method Registered as Bizum.
