In General Configuration SectionAdmin must enter the details needed to configure and activate the speculation rules features. The required fields include:

Preferrender/Prefeting Links on Hover – Choose Prerender (loading a full page) or Prefeting (only resources).
URLS is suitable – Determine the URL pattern (for example, /* for all pages).
Ignore the URL – Exclude sensitive pages like checkout or logout.
Ignore Params URL – Pass the certain query parameters.
Desire – Determine how aggressive pages are published before (for example, Currently).
Debug mode – Activate to solve problems.
