User Guide to CS-CART Index Integration

CS-CART INDEX INTEGRATION Helping your store instantly tells the search engine every time the page is added or updated, so that your content can appear in the search results faster.

Add-on supports both Automatic and Manual Posts, And that makes the URL log sent for tracking purposes.

This is very useful for stores that often update products, categories, or content and want to increase their visibility in search engines.

After downloading CS-CART INDEX INTEGRATION Add-on, you will get one zip file, one install.txt file, and the relevant user guide manual.

Read carefully for the right configuration.

Go to manage add-on, and click “Manual Installation” As shown below in a snapshot.

Click “Local” To explore the zip file, then click “Upload & Install” As shown below in a snapshot.

After installing add-on, you will see CS-CART INDEX INTEGRATION In the ADD-On list available. Next, configure the required arrangements.

Click Arrangement To activate, deactivate, install, or refresh add-on.

Make sure the add-on is activated, as shown in the snapshot below.

To configure add-on, open Add-on >> Developers >> Webkul PVT Ltd. Software >> Integration of Indexnow >> Settings.

Resolving this configuration ensures a smooth setting and indexnow delivery management directly from your CS-CART BACEB, as shown in the Snapshot below.

Add-on Integration of CS-CART Index -The indexnow setting configuration section, the admin must enter the required details to configure and activate add-on. The available options include:

• Automatic synchronization Allows the admin to send updated URLs to search engines every time change occurs automatically.
• Entity for index Let Admins choose which type of page to be submitted for indexing, such as product pages, category pages, or CMS pages.
• Index of all urls The button allows the admin to send all types of pages selected for indexing as well as instantly.

Admin can track the submitted URL, see their indexing status, and easily send them back if needed through Indexnow.

Admin can check the URL that is indexed by navigating to Marketing> Index Now> Index URL (See screenshots for references).

Admin added a new URL

To send URLs via Indexnow, open your admin dashboard and navigate to Marketing > Now Index> Index URL.

Click “+“IKON, Paste the URL of the product copied from the storefront, then click”Add URL“To complete the process.

The URL has been successfully sent to the search engine through the Indexnow Module, as shown in the image below.

Admin can manage and update products from the admin panel by going to products> products, as shown in the image below.

Admin can update product details by clicking ‘Productbutton, make the necessary changes, and then keep it with ‘Keep’ button, as shown in the image below.

After the product details are stored, the confirmation notification appears at the top of the screen, as shown in the image below.

When the product details are updated, the indexed URLs are refreshed automatically, as shown in the image below.

Admin can update the category by going to Product > Category And choose the category they want to change, as shown in the picture below.

Admin updates the category, save changes, and confirmation notifications appear on the screen, as shown in the image below.

After the confirmation notification, the admin can see the URL that is indexed automatically, as shown in the image below.
