User Guide for Odoo Bosta Shipping Integration

Odoo Bosta Shipping Integration helps you manage deliveries by connecting Odoo with Bosta courier system. You can create shipments, print labels, and track orders directly from one dashboard.

This module eliminates manual courier steps and keeps all shipping actions in one place. This helps businesses deliver orders faster and with fewer errors.

1. Apply fixed Bosta shipping rates to sales orders.
2. Create courier delivery of delivery orders in one click.
3. Generate and print Bosta shipping labels automatically.
4. Track Bosta shipments in real time from Odoo.
5. Easily configure Bosta operators using API credentials.
6. Sync order delivery data between Odoo and Bosta.
7. Cancel a Bosta delivery directly from the delivery order.

1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive a link to download it zip module submit.
2. Extract the files on your system once the download is complete. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘bosta_shipping_integration‘.
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your folder Odoo Add-ons Path.
4. Now, open the Odoo Application and click on the Settings menu. Here, click Enable Developer Mode.
5. Then, open the Application menu and click ‘Update Module List.’
6. In the search bar, clear all filters and search for ‘bosta_shipping_integration‘.
7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Activate‘ to install it.

Configuration of Odoo Bosta Shipping Integration

1. First, open it Inventory → Configuration → Shipping Methodchoose Boston Deliverychoose Get Value and Create Deliveriesand enter your Bosta Email, Password, API Key and Token.

2. Next, open it Addition tab, set default weight, units of measure, packaging, enable shipping cancellation, and import Bosta city for the selected country.

3. Then, open the quote, click Add Shippingchoose Boston Deliveryand click Get rates to take shipping costs.

4. After fetching the rate, add the shipping method and confirm the quote so it is converted into a sales order with Bosta shipping applied.

5. Then, click Put it in the Packageenter the weight and dimensions of the package, and save the details to prepare for Bosta delivery.

6. Once the shipment is created, the system generates a Bosta tracking reference and displays it in the shipping order.

7. Once a tracking reference is created, a Bosta shipping label is generated and can be downloaded from the shipping order.

8. Finally, copy the tracking reference from Odoo, enter it in the Bosta tracking page, and see the live delivery status.

9. To cancel sending, click Cancel next to the tracking reference, confirm the action, and the system will cancel the Bosta delivery.

10. After confirming the cancellation, the system cancels the tracking reference and displays a success message in the delivery order.
