Transaction update in the wallet management application by Shopify

Wallet management application by SHopify Allows the admin to provide a smooth wallet and transaction experience to customers at their ecommerce store.

The wallet feature allows customers to increase the number of their wallets.

Make payments using their wallet, and get a refund in their wallet directly.

Why do we need to update?

Previously, accessing transaction data was not an easy process for the admin.

Taking important financial information that is needed to navigate through various tables and different cross references.

Which makes the task takes time, complicated, and vulnerable to delays.

The latest updates have significantly improved this process.

The system now consolidates all transaction details, including the amount added, spent, and returned to a single table that is easily accessible.

This improvement greatly simplifies data management, allows the admin to find, review, and analyze transaction records quickly without switching between several screens.

We now ensure that all relevant information is available in one centralized location.

Admin can now manage transactions more efficiently and provide faster and more accurate responses to customer questions.

This update not only increases operational workflows but also enhances overall customer service experience.

This system will officially implement and make this transaction update available starting July 2 and so on.

Wallet customer

The Wallet Customer Section shows the list of customers and them wallet transaction Details.

Clicking Details See, you can see the entire history of the customer’s transaction along with their status.

Now, this allows us to see customer order ID directly.

As a result, this increase provides better tracking orders and significantly increases overall management efficiency.

Now, the amount added, spent, and returned to each customer is displayed in one part below ‘Type of transaction‘Tab.

Admin can now easily see a complete financial summary at once, because the total amount is displayed under the ‘number’ tab.

This increase makes it easy for the admin to track and manage all customer financial activities in one place.

With the latest updates, the admin can now easily see the customer’s past transaction directly from the centralized section.

This new feature increases visibility by allowing fast access to new new -new and older transactions notes.

Transactions processed before July 2 will be categorized as old transactions, while those processed on or after July 2 will be categorized as new transactions.

This clear difference simplies data management and helps the admin filter and export transaction records efficiently based on their time line.

This feature helps in an efficient historical tracking transaction easily and accurately.

By clicking Export transaction Button, you can easily export your customer transaction details.

Make data available for further analysis or recording.

The new feature has been introduced which allows what selection The latest transactionS or Older transactions must be exported based on the date range chosen.

Export transactions before July 2 will be categorized as old transactions, while those processed on or after July 2 will be categorized as new transactions.

You will receive a separate email for the latest and longer transactions.

This provides greater flexibility in managing and analyzing customer transaction data.

The customer’s “account” page will display all the wallet details, which will include the number of wallets, transaction history, transaction status, and more.

Now, customers can see those who are older Transaction History.

Customers can now access detailed details of the amount added, spent, and returned, all of them are displayed easily in one part under the ‘transaction type’ tab.

In addition, the total number is now clearly displayed under the ‘number’ tab at the end of the customer, ensuring that a complete and transparent financial summary is provided at once.
