ODOO Portal Document Download User Guide

Downloaded Portal Documents Allows portal users to download sales orders, purchase orders, and direct invoices in PDF or Excel format, making data management more efficient.

This module provides admin control over what data is exported. Adjust the header label or define a user permit offering flexibility and security, ensuring only the authorized users can access.

1. Users can download documents such as sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
2. Downloaded Portal Odoo documents allow downloading in PDF and Excel formats.
3. Admin can control which portal users are allowed to download documents.
4. The mass download option allows users to select and download several documents at once.
5. Admin can adjust Excel exports by editing the header label.
6. The sequence of data fields in exported files can be rearranged as needed.
7. Only one configuration can be active at one time for each document model.

1. After you buy the Portal Odoo document download from the Webkul Store, you will receive a link to download zip module submit.
2. Extract the file on your system after the download is complete. As a result, you will be able to see the named folder- ‘all_in_one_export_portal_documents
3. Copy and paste this folder in you Add-on Odoo path.
4. Now, open the Odoo application and click on the settings menu. Here, click Activate Developer mode.
5. Then, open the application menu and click ‘Update the module list. ‘
6. In the search bar, delete all filters and search ‘all_in_one_export_portal_documents‘
7. You will be able to see the module in search results. Click ‘Install‘To install it.

1. After installing the download of the Odoo portal document, you can control which portal users are allowed to download the document by navigating to Settings >> User & Company >> Other users >>.

2. You can define or create a new export field by navigating to Configuration >> Exports of Excel >> New

3. You can adjust the header label or reset by clicking on a particular excel field.

4. Users will see Bachelor submit export option at Sale Order, Purchase Order, and invoices, if allowed.

5. They will also see Download mass options when selecting several files.
