The Mautic Odoo Connector integrates the Odoo backend with the Mautic marketing automation platform.

You have to install the above-mentioned modules to use Mautic Odoo Connecto

  1. Users can connect multiple Mautic marketing channels with Odoo easily.

  1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download zip module submit.
  2. Extract the files on your system once the download is complete. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named ‘mautic_odoo_connector’
  3. Copy and paste this folder inside your folder Odoo Add-ons Path.
  4. Now, open the Odoo Application and click on the Settings menu. Here, click Enable Developer Mode.
  5. Then, open the Application menu and click ‘Update Module List.’
  6. In the search bar, clear all filters and search for ‘mautic_odoo_connector’
  7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install‘ to install it.
  1. After installing Mautic Odoo Connector, navigate to the Omnichannel Dashboard in Odoo, where you manage all your channel connections, syncs, and data mapping in one place.

2. Click New and enter the required connection details such as API Key, URL and credentials for the external platform (e.g. Mautic).

3. After clicking Test Connection, the system will verify your credentials. The “Connection Successful” message confirms that the integration is active and ready to sync.

4. Once connected, you can access the import and export buttons to sync data such as contacts, campaigns, templates and more.

5. Configure general settings such as API Record limits, Company name, and time zone to ensure alignment of imported data.

6. Additionally, you can set up channel cron jobs to automate tasks such as data retrieval, error handling, and synchronization intervals for ongoing operations.

7. Additionally, define a cron import schedule for periodic synchronization of audiences, contacts, campaigns, and more directly from connected channels.

8. Additionally, use the global settings tab to manage system-wide preferences such as default campaign types, template folders, or backup values ​​for lost data.

9. After that, click Import Audience to fetch mailing lists or groups from external platforms to Odoo.
