On the night of August 12, 2025, our team arrived at Ahmedabad to participate in the Odoo Community Days event.

The energy is electricity because the clock crashes at 11 am and Mr. Fabian, CEO of Odoo, stepped into the spotlight. He started that day with an extraordinary showcase from the innovative feature of Odoo 19.

Keynote is not just a presentation- it is an interactive experience. Fabian entertained questions from the community, diving deep into technical aspects and explained new features.

Before the crowd arrived, our webkul team gathered to plan the strategy that day, set roles, and set goals. We are determined to make every calculation of interaction.

Our webkul team joined members of the Odoo community, Fabian CEO, and the entire Odoo team on the dance floor.

It is very refreshing to see industrial leaders releasing relationships and building relations outside the spreadsheet and code. Sometimes the best network occurs when you just become yourself!

The second day begins with new energy when our team is preparing to switch from learning mode to sharing mode.

We are also involved with other STAN exhibition participants, finding collaboration opportunities that can be useful for the whole community. Such interactions often lead to the most innovative solution.

Shivani Tyagi gave an in -depth presentation of the education management system, showing how Odoo stressed school and university operations.

This session attracted the audience involved from clients and community members who wanted to learn how Odoo changed education management.

This triggers valuable discussion and new collaboration opportunities, reinforcing that sharing knowledge encourages the Odoo community going forward.

When 6 pm approached, the event ended with a photo session of traditional group. Standing with the Odoo team and community members, we capture memories to respect outside the conference.
