With this connector, you can synchronize workspaces, reports, and tables from Odoo to Zoho Analytics without complexity.
This connector provides synchronization of real-time data using cron jobs and keeps your zoho analytic updated with the latest Odoo notes.

- Extract the file on your system after the download is complete. As a result, you will be able to see the named folder- ‘Wk_odoo_zoho_analytics_connector‘
- Copy and paste this folder in you Add-on Odoo path.
- Now, open the Odoo application and click the settings menu. Here, click Activate Developer mode.
- Then, open the application menu and click ‘Update the module list. ‘
- In the search bar, delete all filters and search ‘wk_odoo_zoho_analytics_connector’
- You will be able to see the module in search results. Click ‘Install‘To install it.
- After installing the Odoo Zoho Analytics connector, the Open Zoho Analytics Connector application on Odoo.
2. Open Odoo Zoho Analytical Connector → Configuration → Connection menu and click a new connection.

3. Enter the client ID, client secret, zoho domain, and url redirect (copy from Odoo and stick in the zoho application settings) and save the connection.

4. Click the connecting button and authentication using Zoho token and agree to access.

5. After being connected, you will see the message “successfully connected.”
6. Click the Fetch Organization (Company) button. Connectors will take details of the company or organization from Zoho. Select the organization that will be used to synchronize data.

Import of workspace and dashboard from Zoho to Odoo
- Go to the connection section on Odoo. Under the import section, you will find two options: import of work space and import dashboard from Zoho to Odoo.

2. Click import workspaces to import all workspaces from Zoho to Odoo.

3. Click the import dashboard to import the dashboard from Zoho to Odoo

4. Both the dashboard and workspaces will be imported successfully, and the work space ID will be automatically taken.
Export of workspace and table from Odoo to Zoho
- At Odoo Zoho Analytics Connector, open the work space and click Create a Workspace.

- Enter the name of the workspace, description and select Zoho connection.

- Click the export button. The workspace will be made in Zoho, and the ID card will be synchronized back to Odoo.

Export Table from Odoo to Zoho
- Go to Table section at Odoo Zoho Analytics Connector and click on New knob.
- Configure the following items:
- Table name: Give a name to your table.
- Workspace: Choose a work space where you create a table.
- ID address: This will be automatically taken to Odoo after the table is exported to Zoho.
- Connection: This will be arranged automatically based on the chosen workspace.
- Model: Select the Odoo model/table (for example, sales orders, customers, invoices).
- Information: Provide any information related to this table.
- Data Export Mode: Choose whether to share Incremental data or All data.
- Incremental: Exports are only new notes based on the last synchronization date.
- All: Exports of all records, ignoring the history of previous synchronization.
- Choose the field you want to harmonize to Zoho.

4. If you want to filter the data to be synchronized to Zoho, click Filter domain and apply the required filter
Click the export table, it will publish a table to zoho. The table will be made in the chosen Zoho Analytics workspace, and every change in the scheme in Odoo will be automatically reflected in Zoho.


Click the export data, and it will synchronize the field data from Odoo to Zoho


Import Report from Zoho to Odoo
- Navigate to Workspace Where you want to import the report. Click Import report. The imported report will be available at Odoo report section.

Additional synchronization -Odoo Zoho Analytics Connector allows you to synchronize additional synchronization for faster updates without re -exporting all data.
Automatic update scheme -Every change in the ODOO model (added/deleted field) is automatically selected in the Zoho table.
Fire boundary – Respect Zoho API’s call limit to avoid synchronization failure. If you need to adjust the limit in settings.
Some workspaces – With the Odoo Zoho Analytics connector, you can connect and manage several workspaces under one ODOO instance.
Data consistency – Be sure to add the right organization and workspace before synchronized.
