User Guide to Pre-Order Odoo Pos

2. Set the minimum number of orders and the amount of down payment

1. After you buy an application from the webkul store, you will receive a link to download zip module submit.
2. Extract the file on your system after the download is complete. As a result, you will be able to see the named folder- ‘Pos_pre_order‘
3. Copy and paste this folder in you Add-on Odoo path.
4. Now, open the Odoo application and click on the settings menu. Here, click Activate Developer mode.
5. Then, open the application menu and click ‘Update the module list. ‘
6. In the search bar, delete all filters and search ‘Pos_pre_order‘
7. You will be able to see the module in search results. Click ‘Activate‘To install it.

1. After installing the PRE-Order Post Odoo, allow the pre-order post in the sales point settings.

2. Check the “Allowing Pre-Order” box in a particular product.

3. In the pre -order tab, general configuration and special configuration options, here you can set the maximum quantity of the minimum preorder quantity and the percentage of minimum advance payments.

4. In the sales application, under the order tab, you will find the ‘Pre-Order’ section, where you can see all pre-order together with their invoice status.

5. The display order post shows product details, payment info, and buttons to the relevant pre-order.

6. Display Sales Orders Laying displays sales orders related to customers, total amount, and invoice status.

7. After completing the status of the sales order invoice, it was changed to “complete form” from “nothing to invoice”.

8. In Fretend Pre-Order Odoo Pos, products marked as “available for preorders” are clearly labeled for easy identification during sales.

9. Pop-up asks to make a preorder when the product chosen, shows the quantity and details of payment in advance.

10. The cashier enters the amount of advance based on the percentage specified using numerical keypad pop-ups.

11. Order line is made for down payment payment products that reflect the amount of preorders.

12. Under the action tab in the front post, a special part for managing the available preorder.

13. The list of all preorders is displayed in detail such as the order number, customer, company, total amount, and invoice status.

14. Payment of Smart Split shows a separate path for the amount of down payment and the remaining, ensuring the visibility of a clear transaction.
