Indexnow API Endpoint Integration
Magento 2 Indexnow Module uses the official point of the API provided by indexnow.org to send URLs:
How it works:
- The module sends a get request to this end point every time the selected entity (such as the product, category, or CMS page) is added or updated.
- That
<url-changed>
replaced by the full page url of your Magento site. - That
<your-key>
is the key to the fire that is configured in the module settings below Save> configuration> indexnow.
After being sent, the URL is distributed in all search engines supported by Indexnow (such as Bing, Naver, Yandex, etc.), So, telling one end point is enough.
This helps search engines take new or updated content without waiting for traditional crawler.
