User Guide to CS-CART POS customer screen

CS-CART POS Customer Screen Module Improve Checkout Experience for Customers.

This provides a transparent and attractive process through a screen facing customers integrated with the CS-CART POS system.

Customers can see complete basket details on the screen.

Add-on also displays total orders, discounts applied, vouchers, and the number of items added to the basket.

NOTES: This module is the CS-CART POS add-on, so you must first install the CS-CART (POS) sales point System in your system.

• This allows the admin to activate or deactivate the module.
• Admin can add images and slide descriptions
• Admin adds a description and sliding image, which is then displayed as configured.
• Customers can see the basket details on the customer’s screen.
• In addition, the post screen can be seen by customers.

Before installing Addon, it is obligatory to install a node package, socket, express, and CORS.

Steps to install:

npm install node

npm install socket.io

npm install express

npm install cors

npm init -y

After downloading the CS-CART post add-on, you will get a zip file from installation, pdf, and install.txt files.

Read PDF with a heart -obey for configuration.

Navigate to Add-on >> Add-on downloaded and click the settings icon. From here, you can install the zip file manually as shown below:

Now, click Local to explore the zip file. Next, click Upload & install As shown below in a snapshot:

After installing add-on, you will find CS-CART BUYERCART In the ADD-On list available. We will then configure the settings.

Click “Arrangement” To activate, deactivate, install, or refresh.

Make sure the add-on is activated, as shown in the snapshot below.

After successfully installing Addon, we need to configure the settings.

• The origin of the server connection: Domains that start server requests.
• Server connection port: The end point used by the server to listen and receive an incoming network connection
• Select protocol: Choose Http or Https.

HTTPS Certificate File:

• SSL Personal Key: Add SSL’s personal key file.
• SSL Certificate: Add SSL certificate.

Banner

• Banner features: Select banners that can be seen by customers.
• Offline warning banner: Choose the banner that will appear even when the customer screen is not active.

Admin must enter the post transfer URL as: your-admin-URL/?dispatch=wk_pos.manage.

The customer screen option appears on the left menu of the customer’s train screen, as shown below.

Select the customer screen option asks you to activate or deactivate the buyer’s screen.

When the buyer screen is activated, the customer screen navigating to the postal customer page.

This allows customers to see the description of the order and cart details on the screen facing the customer.

Admin adds descriptions and images, which are displayed on the customer screen and in the basket details.

In addition, the background image will be seen on the customer’s screen.
