ERPNext Booking & Reservation Management helps businesses accept online bookings directly through their websites. Customers can choose the booking date, time slot, package and number of guests before making a booking.

ERPNext Booking & Reservation Management allows businesses to create booking services with price, duration, capacity, images and website details. It also helps manage booking schedules, available slots and booking plans from one place.

All ordering information is connected to ERPNext Webshop, Quotations, Sales Orders, and order notes. This makes it easier to manage reservations and keeps booking data organized.

1. After purchasing the app from the Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the ZIP file of the module.

2. Extract the downloaded ZIP file, and you will see a folder named ‘erpnext_booking_&_reservation_management’.

3. Set up the module in your Git repository.

4. If the application is hosted on GitHub, fetch the application using the command:

bench get-app –branch main 

(Replace “main” with your branch name and replace “HTTPS URL” with your HTTPS clone URL.)

5. Install the application on your site using the command:

bench –site <your-site_name> install-app erpnext_booking_&_reservation_management

6. Finally, run the “bench migration” command to complete the installation.

1. First, access ERPNext Order & Reservation Management module from the ERPNext backend by clicking Ordering System. This will open the main dashboard, where you can see an overview of all bookings and reservations and access the module features.

2. You can also view booking details for a particular day by clicking on the desired date on calendar in the main dashboard. This allows you to quickly check all bookings and reservations scheduled for that day.

1. In Web shopcustomers can search and filter available booking services based on their preferences. The page displays all available booking plans, making it easy to find and select the desired booking.

2. To place an order, click on ordering products you want to order. This will open the product page, where you can see its details, such as description, available ordering packages, price, and other ordering information.

3. Next, click Order now. A pop-up will appear where you have to choose order date, time slot, order planand it number of orders. After filling in the required details, click Order now to continue your order.

4. After clicking Order nowSelected bookings will be added to yours basket. From there, you can select your options payment methodapply whatever is available couponthen click Place Order to complete your order.

5. After you click Place Orderthe order will be successfully placed, and final bill will be generated. The invoice will include all order details, such as the selected order plan, date, time slot, quantity, price, and payment information.

1. To manage booking plans, click Plan under Configuration section in the main dashboard. This will open List of Order Planswhere you can see all existing booking plans or clicks Add Booking Package to create a new one.

2. Click Add Booking Package to make a new order plan. A new form will open where you need to enter Plan Name, Order (to determine the display order), and a Information from the plan. After filling in the required details, click Keep to make a booking plan.

3. After configuring the order plan, click Time Slots to manage available booking slots. Here, you can create and configure time slot according to your business needs by clicking Add Time Slots.

4. After configuring Time Slotsclick Ordering Products to open List of Ordered Products. Here, you can view all existing order products or clicks New to create a new product order.

5. Click on a Ordering Products to view and manage the details. Then open it Bookings & Reservations section, where you can configure Start Date, End Date, Available Day Slotsand it Order Quantity according to your needs.

6. To view order performance, click Order Analysis from the main dashboard. This page displays statistics on orders through chart And reporthelps you analyze booking trends and monitor overall booking activity.

7. To view all booking orders, click Order from the main dashboard. This will open Order Listwhere you can view and manage all booking orders made through the website.

8. To see Sales Orders made to order, click Order Line from the main dashboard. This will open Order Line Listwhere you can view all sales order records related to the booking order.
